Intramuscular Injections
Targeted support in minutes.
Intramuscular injections deliver concentrated nutrients directly into muscle tissue for efficient absorption—no IV required. Available as an enhancement. All injections are administered by a licensed RN with brief post-injection monitoring.
All IM injections are administered by a licensed Registered Nurse following physician-approved protocols. Each session includes a 15-minute post-injection monitoring period. Availability of specific injections is subject to provider order and clinical screening. IM shots can be added to any IV drip session.
Peptide Therapy
Precise biological signals that instruct your body to repair tissue, rebalance hormones, protect skin, and restore cellular function. Targeted biology, not blanket supplementation.
BPC-157 is a gastric-derived peptide that promotes angiogenesis, collagen synthesis, fibroblast proliferation, and GI endothelium protection. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin β4 — an endogenous actin-binding peptide that supports cell migration, vascularization, and anti-fibrotic tissue repair. Stacked together, they target injury recovery across multiple biological pathways simultaneously.
Binds copper ions and modulates gene expression across repair, antioxidant, and metalloproteinase regulation pathways. Promotes collagen synthesis, angiogenesis, and anti-inflammatory response. Available as SubQ injection for systemic effect or topical cream for targeted skin application.
A melanocortin receptor agonist (MC3-R and MC4-R) that acts centrally in the hypothalamus to increase sexual desire through the nervous system rather than vascular pathways. FDA-approved for female HSDD. Half-life approximately 6–8 hours.
CJC-1295 is a long-acting GHRH analogue that stimulates the anterior pituitary to increase pulsatile GH release. Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist that triggers clean GH pulses with limited cortisol, ACTH, or prolactin stimulation — together producing a physiologic GH pulse that mirrors the body's natural sleep-cycle secretion.
A synthetic GHRH 1-29 analogue that stimulates the anterior pituitary to increase endogenous, physiologic pulsatile GH release and IGF-1 production while preserving normal feedback regulation. Best administered 60–90 minutes after the last meal. Note: contraindicated in diabetes and thyroid conditions.
Contraindicated during pregnancy or breastfeeding, active malignancy or cancer not in remission for 5+ years, uncontrolled hypertension, renal or hepatic insufficiency, and in patients under 18. Sermorelin is contraindicated in diabetes; PT-141 is contraindicated with significant cardiovascular disease. All prescribing decisions are made by our Medical Director after full clinical review. Peptide therapy is not FDA-approved for the treatment of any diagnosis or medical condition.
